Here Comes Santa Claus
It comes only once a year! There is 364 days to prepare, there is only certain holidays that are the same day all across the world. This one gets people so ancy, happy, mad, sad, bitter, grateful and excited. This is a holiday that can do anything to a person, family and a community!
IT'S CHRISTMAS!
Every year I say I'm going to start early, I'm going to have a nice relaxed family loving year!
It's a true magical moment too see the magic in the kids eyes! I love trying to make the holiday as special and magical as I can!
The true magic of Christmas is the ability to gather so many people together and have a special vibe go through the air. True Christmas magic is the care and love and cookies lol.
Over the years I have started to get the Christmas spirit back! For years it was just another day, a time of year I had to put a smile on and tell everyone life was fine! Now I'm gitty at Christmas time, filling hopes and dreams and stuffing stocking's.
Over the last couple years I have learned a thing or two about managing the weeks and stress leading yup to, what is the "happiest time of the year".
I have 5 tips that I thought I would share!
1- Have somewhere to write everything out and keeps your holiday thoughts and plans together. This can be anything a notebook, plain paper, planner anything that you have.
2- write out your thoughts and plans! Too have your Christmas in one stop will make it easier to keep track, see what works and what doesn't, up coming plans, hopes and dreams.
3- Map it out! I write out my week to week leading to Christmas. This will make it easier to plan out the tasks you have to do. Giving yourself only a couple tasks each week will make it less intimidating.
4- Start with your smaller tasks! There is no point in deep cleaning your house when there is still 3 weeks to Christmas. However you can start with other cleaning and organizing tasks. Clean out the pantry, wipe the chairs, organize your cupboards, wash guest bedding etc. This way as Christmas gets closer you are not stressing out about the little but big tasks that could be taken care before the holiday rush.
5- Get a gift game plan! To shop online or to go into the stores? That is the question! Do you know who all you have to buy for. Don't get stuck at the last minute forgetting a gift. In my house I break down the Christmas's, as we do seperate Christmas for each side of the family. This way I no who to buy for and from who. This makes it easier to stay on budget and not over buy for one person, over another.

That is some tips and tricks that I have learned over the years. I usually start my outline in the beginning of November. This makes it easier to plan out Christmas baking, shopping, cleaning and organizing.
