Well That Was Easy!

Good morning everyone and welcome to Its A Mom Life.
Today's is Tuesday and just such a busy one at that. Today in thought I would share my supper with you! It's a busy evening again here in the Blask house.
With there being basketball practice and parent teacher conferences before supper, I thought why not run to the city also this morning to get a couple things for Easter, and do a quick grocery pickup! Have you tried grocery pickup? It truly is a game changer I think.
With all this happening all before 5 pm, there isn't much time for much in between. So when in doubt bring the slow cooker out! I thought I would do up that red pork tenderloin that in had shared before, but we are going to try it in the slow cooker. This way I also have a supper plan for tomorrow also, they are going to have pull porked sandwiches.❤
With this recipe you need:

  • pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, cloves, ginger and garlic powder
mix together in a bowl pour on the tenderloin and let sit about 30 minutes.
Usually I would do this is the oven but I'm going to try this way. I have a blog about how to do it in the oven you can head over too,if you want to cook it in the oven.
Got a good slow cooker recipe let me know if you do I would love to hear them!
With this supper I am going to try to get potatoes peeled then it will be served mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. However we will see how time works for me, if not it will be rice instead, and call it good.
I'm in the process of getting my next blog out, and house prepped now for Easter. I'll be showing you what I am doing this year, also on an upcoming blog.
There is only the young ones here with us this year, it's sure to be a cute time.
